São Francisco Farm was established in mid-2016, with its first coffee plantation located next to Jaguara Farm in a micro-region known as Campo das Vertentes — an area promising for high-quality coffee production.
The farm's name was chosen by Natália in honor of her favorite saint, São Francisco, the protector of animals.
The first harvests were 100% manual. São Francisco also became the starting point for an innovative post-harvest project focused on eliminating damage to coffee cherries and preserving their integrity. The farm produces natural coffees, and some are fermented using techniques such as drying boxes, tanks, barrels, and polypropylene bags.
These methods result in coffees that are extremely sweet, creamy, and exotic.
