The history of Jaguara Farm began in 2001 with Antonio Wander, an agronomist and researcher, along with two fellow agronomist friends who decided to plant coffee for the first time.
In 2013, André Luiz, Antonio Wander’s son, took over the farm together with Natália and began implementing sustainable planting techniques, maximizing the use of natural resources and focusing on quality.
Jaguara spans 90 hectares in the Campo das Vertentes region, an area historically known for gold. Today, it produces natural coffees known for their sweetness and tasting notes of chocolate and plum.
